The inspection is conducted by referring to the terms on the packing list when packaging is consistent and uniform. Items are counted within the boxes. We then count the total number of boxes, look for any potential visual damage, check the technical specifications on the outside of the boxes, and thoroughly calculate any terms identified by the customer.
This type of inspection verifies 100% of the required contents by checking the references on each box against the packing list provided by the customer. In this case, we pay special attention to the customer’s specified requirements, count the boxes, look for any visual damage to the products, and carefully inspect the technical specifications on the outside of the boxes.
This check occurs when a customer requests that we verify the quantity of the item, as the product may be totaled by the number of boxes counted. This inspection component can be performed in conjunction with random, detailed, and quantity inspections.
